This is the "Ikari Method" so named after a member on our Discord.
It is similar to the "Hewligan" method in that the LP GPU sits in front of the case, parallel to the I/O (lengthwise) and uses display cable extensions.
The difference is this build features the HDPLEX 250w GaN. Ikari (now SFF Brainrot) is currently rebuilding this with some improvements and refinements, but you can check out their build log here:

Difficulty:
/ / / / / (5 out of 8 SkySlots)
Pros:
- Any ITX motherboard and LP GPU should work!
- Minimal modding to hardware
Cons:

- Modding to I/O shield or custom SkyIO required
- Lots of cables to cram
- May be a little toasty
