Returns & Refunds

For most standard products, we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Because many NFC products are custom-made, handcrafted, or built specifically for each customer, we generally cannot offer refunds for custom orders, opened items, or used products.

We stand behind our work, however, and are always happy to answer questions before you place an order. If you’re unsure about compatibility, materials, or which product is right for your build, please reach out—we’d much rather spend time helping you make the right decision than have you disappointed later.
