Refund policy

For most products we offer a refund within 30 days for the purchase price for unopened/unused items.

For custom, hand-made orders, opened, or used items we do not offer refunds, but we do stand by our work. We are happy to have a 1 on 1 conversation with you before you order to make sure you get what you need.
